Problem Statement
The organization lacked a centralized, reliable tool for comparing current sales performance against prior periods and quickly identifying the factors (products, channels, and time) driving success or failure. Existing reporting was prone to data synchronization issues, particularly when filtering time periods for Year-over-Year (YoY) analysis.
